American Express Cruise Planner Adriana Matos is one of the most professional and kind travel agents that I have ever worked with. She arranged our 10-day Greek Islands cruise with all the perks. She made the experience effortless for us. We will forever be grateful to her. We were greeted when we excited the plane in Venice Italy. We were personally escorted to our hotel via boat. Our time in Venice was amazing. Lots of good food, coral jewelry, and reasonably priced leather handbags. We boarded the cruise line on the 3rd day in Venice. We went on tours and had experiences that we will always remember. I had arranged tours from an outside entity prior to the cruise, but realized that the prices for the tours were not much different than the Celebrity tours. Next time, we will plan tours with Celebrity. The Celebrity Constellation ship had everything we needed for the best cruise vacation that we have ever taken. The food was extremely delicious at all of the exquisite restaurants that were available to us. The entertainment shows were outstanding and we loved the silent disco. The Persian Garden Spa was relaxing after our long walking tours and shopping days. I will definitely use Adriana Matos for future vacations. Adriana made it clear that no request was too big and she took pleasure in making our requests happen. She worked really hard to ensure that we had everything we wanted and much more. She worked out such a special deal for us that our friends still cannot believe. My husband and I were on cloud-9 until our air travel back to the US from Paris, France. AirFrance was our flight airline. The plane had electrical difficulty and after having us sit in the tarmac for over 3 hours, we were asked to vacate the plane, until the following morning. Initially, I thought "what a blessing. I get to enjoy an evening in Paris." I had no idea what would happen next. It took over an hour of standing in line before we were given vouchers to a hotel and shuttle transportation. After waiting for the shuttle for approx 30 minutes, we decided to stay at the Sheraton hotel in the Paris airport. I decided to take a shower (which had a huge drop from the shower to the floor), stepped and slipped on a towel that was on the marble floor, and injured my knee. I am happy that the injury happened at the end of our vacation, but it is an unfortunate situation. All in all, our vacation was absolutely amazing and we will be forever grateful to Adriana, American Express, and Celebrity Cruise line. The only thing that this cruise was missing was a reggae band :-).
